The Condron family has owned wooded property in Cusick since 1974. We have grown up hiking and swimming in the small mountain lakes in the Colville national forest since our earliest memories.; Our deep love for the area made this build a special one. The homeowner wanted spanning views of the Pend Oreille river, wood accents and natural detailing throughout the home, a screened in porch attached to their master bedroom, and a porch spanning the entire length of the rear - all items Corey was ready and willing to make happen for them!

We couldn't have pulled this off without the help of our long-time partners and new vendors local to that area alike. They battled through long commutes and bad weather to build a beautiful custom cabin! We are excited to have gained new knowledge, partnerships, and friends through the process of this north Pend Oreille County build. We will be able to see this build while cruising the river for generations to come!
