50 years later and Condron Homes is still a family-owned and family-operated general contractor in Spokane County.
How did we do it?
Throughout the ups, downs, twists, and turns we encountered in the Spokane County building industry - whether it be a new building code, an economic recession, or a worldwide pandemic - Condron Homes has stayed true to the values that made Papa Craig Condron an instant success in the 70's: service, honesty, respect, safety, and delivering a high quality product. Craig not only founded his company with these values, he also raised his family to honor and cherish the same principles. His son, Corey Condron - now owner of Condron Homes - maintains his business practices with these values in the back of his mind always. As Corey has "seen it all" through his 37 years at Condron Homes, he knows that cutting corners during the physical build would compromise these core values. Jobsite injuries, customer complaints, and warranty callbacks threaten the future strength and reputation of any general contracting firm. Condron Homes wants to be around to celebrate our 100th anniversary so, home upgrades such as over-pouring the footings for building strength, engineering the roof to allow for future upgrades such as solar panels, and cement lap siding for weather resistance, all come standard with a Condron Home. Corey has learned that what seems like a small upgrade now could save the homeowner, and in return Condron Homes, thousands of future dollars and headaches.
