In honoring our value to "serve our customers before, during, and after the physical build" we would like to share with you a timeline of a typical build. 

If you come to Condron Homes with nothing but a desire to build a home there are multiple steps to take before the physical build can begin. In these months before building we will: help create a set of plans, make your lot buildable, set you up with one of our preferred finance partners if you don't have one already, build you a quote using real bids from our long-time partners, and secure residential building permits. All of this could take up to 4 months or longer for some lot development. 

The first phase of building is underwhelming as most of the progress remains unseen. Staking, excavating, framing, plumbing, and electrical work is timely and much of the work gets covered immediately with dirt or plywood. It is during this phase of the build that we work closely with customers with the intent of making their selection process simple and smooth. The final months of the build tends to be emotional for the customer as they are getting excited to move in yet the stress of building weighs on them. But, it is in these final months that the magic happens. Every week a homeowner can go into their build and see the changes made. From flooring, cabinets, and trim work to installing mirrors, lighting fixtures, and doorknobs, homeowners get to watch their dreams come to life right before their eyes.
