Wandermere Heights is located in north Spokane close to Mead high school, Fred Meyers, the movie theater, and at least 8 dining locations I can think of off the top of my head - all delicious! The two gate entrances can be found off of Addison St. behind Twigs or off of Mill road heading north. Craig Condron, the developer and founder of Condron Homes, purchased and began developing the neighborhood in 2012. He designed the neighborhood with family in mind - even naming some streets after his grandkids Travis, Marissa, and Alexa (now a Condron Homes employee).
