Since 1974 Condron Homes has been the Spokane, Washington area leader in new home construction. Condron Homes has built thousands of houses in many of the finest neighborhoods and gated communities throughout the region.
Craig Condron, a second generation home builder, opened Condron Homes in 1974 after earning his degree in construction management from Washington State University. His commitment to provide a high quality home backed by a competitive warranty program quickly earned him a reputation as an honest homebuilder. Craig fought hard to keep the lights on during the double dip recessions in the early 1980's; even moving to Alaska to frame houses and send money home to his family and employees.
During the period of economic growth in the 1990's Craig lead Condron Homes to become one of the most distinguished home builders in the area. At its peak production Condron Homes was building 250 homes per year, focusing most of its attention on first-time homebuyers. Craig's son Corey Condron also got his degree in construction management from Washington State University and worked alongside his dad. Even during Condron Homes' busiest years Craig's promise to deliver customer service and a quality warranty program with every home was never dismissed.
Corey Condron purchased Condron Homes from Craig in 2008. Due to the change in the construction industry during the great recession he shifted the company's focus from high volume production builds to custom homes in Spokane County. With fewer builds Corey was allowed the freedom to operate Condron Homes without compromising the values established by Craig: honesty, loyalty, customer-first.
Today Condron Homes builds quality custom homes on acreage land in Spokane County, Pend Oreille County, and Bonner County. Corey enjoys the relationships he is able to build with customers throughout their construction journey. His daughter, Alexa Amatto, earned her degree in Accounting at Eastern Washington University and works in the office alongside Corey. Together they are carrying on the home building legacy set in motion in the 1930's by Great Grandpa Darrel Condron
Craig's high energy, quick thinking, and customer-first attitude are still apparent today as Corey operates the company with the same values his dad opened Condron Homes with. Through all of the ups and downs in the last 50 years Corey Condron believes the company's family-oriented culture and commitment to do right by it's customers has been the reason for it's success.
